Radioligand Therapy (RLT) is an innovative treatment platform in the Novartis portfolio that involves the use of radioisotopes. our product is the first treatment that integrates this platform. This cutting-edge treatment requires a robust radioprotection infrastructure, specific licenses from the Nuclear Commission (ARN)and seamless coordination with healthcare centers. RLT’s logistical complexities demand strong collaboration with hospitals to ensure both quality standards and commercial agreements.
The Customer Solution & Operations Manager (CS&OpM)serves as the primary point of contact for Novartis with designated Accounts. This role is responsible for introducing RLT technology, ensuring that the interested Accounts have all the necessary structure for the delivery of our product on “Day 1 and ensuring operational readiness from manufacturing to infusion. The CS&OpM leads cross-functional teams, supports launch readiness, and ensures a smooth patient journey throughout the therapy process
